location is perfect

Room was too small, breakfast not outstanding, everything packed.

The hotel is very well located, namely on the one hand only 10 minutes on foot from the main train station, where the bus 99 from the airport goes in about 20 minutes, and on the other hand the hotel is located in an area of the Avenue Jean-Mededcin, where car traffic is not allowed. The hotel is therefore not only centrally located but also quietly.

Well, if you want a German breakfast, you might be disappointed. However, the breakfast offer is quite abundant by French standards.

The rooms are good-sized with comfy beds and minibar/fridge.

There's bad smell in some areas.

The location at Boulvard Medicin is very good: 5 minutes to the train station or Messena square and from there to the old town or the beach pomenade Boulvard Angelaise.

Right on the main street, this hotel boasts a superb location just 5 minutes from the Nice Ville station. Tram stops are nearby was nice, while spacious, comfortable rooms ensure a pleasant stay. Perfect for exploring!

The location is top in the middle of the shopping street, 10min. to the train station all directions Monaco, Menton, Cannes, also bus to the airport, 20min. to the old town and the beach, we had breakfast in a bistro, there are enough restaurants, hotel staff very nice, will come back for sure

Central location and nice room design. Good Internet connection.

We had a problem with parking. We came there Sunday evening and a parking office was closed. So, we could only leav a car on the street o pay much more for the same parking. There was no any note about that on a booking page.

Our recptionist Yvanne was great. She went out of her way to ensure our vacation was excellent.

The location-i know its central and close to the beach, but there are a lot of dodgy characters arounds, especialyl in the evening.

The food is high quality and fabulous.

We stayed here with our four kids, and the location was fantastic! Just a 15-minute walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for family downtime after a day exploring Nice. The staff was super helpful!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could use more variety for kids.

Good stay, as always. Reasonably clean and relaxing accom with good and unbeatable location so close to the train station and bus stop to the airport as well as tram running outside. Lots of high quality options for meal. Excellent customer care, parking nearby. The friendly check-in.
